I was born and raised in California and was not always passionate about hair and make-up. I grew up as a tomboy always involved in track, volleyball, & softball. I always had a passion for art, in particular portraits & shading. My love for hair & makeup started when I was a junior in high school. 

7 years ago we moved to Omaha and I attended Capitol School of Hairstyling & Esthetics and began working at a commissioned-based salon before branching off on my own. During that time I was able to work and connect with numerous talented and lovely people! However, I also have learned how mismanaged, negative, & senseless the beauty industry can be. Which ultimately lead to me creating Beauty x Mane.

During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and furbabies. A majority of my free time involves throwing the ball for our German Shepherd, Mika, in our garden.. and with Levi, our corgi/mini aussie mix, always thinking he is going to get a snack while I drink my dirty martini, while the cats just roam and chase butterflies. Or while planning our next Disney trip or cooking up something good on the smoker!
